Talia Spungen is an Associate at Schiller DuCanto & Fleck LLP and represents clients throughout Cook, DuPage, Lake, and surrounding Illinois counties in complex family law matters. She guides individuals and families through legal transitions with compassion, clarity, and care.

She focuses her practice exclusively on family law, including divorce, child custody, parenting time, support, and related matters. Talia takes a thoughtful, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach, helping clients navigate emotionally charged circumstances while minimizing conflict and prioritizing their long-term stability and well-being.

Known for her clear communication and analytical approach, Talia works to ensure that clients feel supported and confident throughout the legal process. She develops strategies tailored to each client’s circumstances and goals while fostering respect, collaboration, and stability at every stage.

Talia earned her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law with a Family Law Certificate. She received her B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she developed the communication and analytical skills that continue to shape her approach to family advocacy.
