Renata (Renee) Rodak serves as the Controller at Schiller DuCanto & Fleck LLP. She has 20 years of law firm accounting experience with extensive knowledge in financial reporting, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, reconciliations and audit preparation.  

As Controller, Renee leads the firm’s accounting department and manages the day to day operations of her team. Renee works closely with the Executive Director on different financial aspects of the firm. She is responsible for, among other Accounting and Finance duties, month-end and year-end closes, the annual budget, annual and quarterly taxes, payroll processing, retirement plan administration, process enhancements and other reporting functions. 

Prior to joining Schiller DuCanto & Fleck, Renee worked as a Senior Accountant for a global law firm that specializes in more than 40 different practice areas across several industries. Over the span of 18 years, Renee began as a Billing Assistant and following her graduation from Robert Morris University in Chicago, she navigated her way through various roles and departments from Client Accounting to GL Reporting & Budgeting to Partner related financial information.     

In her spare time, Renee enjoys time with family and friends, staying active by participating in various exercise programs. She also loves music and travel.
