Kevin Cremoux is an associate attorney at Schiller Ducanto & Fleck LLP. He brings a unique combination of international law expertise and litigation experience. Kevin’s passion for international law,  and conflict resolution, combined with his experience in both the courtroom and mediation settings, make him an asset to his clients.

Kevin served as a Law Clerk at Schiller Ducanto & Fleck LLP while preparing for his future role as an attorney. He contributed to a wide range of legal matters, conducted legal research and drafting, and provided advocacy support across various practice areas. Kevin brings both a global perspective and practical litigation experience to our firm.

Prior to joining Schiller DuCanto & Fleck, Kevin earned recognition for his academic excellence and contributions to public service. He was awarded the Public Interest and Service Award from Loyola University School of Law for his dedication to serving underserved communities and his work as a certified mediator with the Center for Conflict Resolution.

While at Loyola, Kevin served as Senior Editor of the Loyola Consumer Law Review. He also was an Associate Editor of the International Law Review, where he wrote a compelling article analyzing the international human rights implications of the 2022 Qatar World Cup, further demonstrating his deep understanding of global legal issues. Additionally, Kevin was an active participant in prestigious moot court competitions. He won an honorable mention for Best Oralist of the Willem C. Vis Moot International Commercial Arbitration Competition and was placed among the top 20 competitors at the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition .

Kevin earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2024 with certifications in Trial Advocacy and International Law and Practice.
