Karen R. Nussbaum

Karen R. Nussbaum serves as Director of Human Resources at Schiller DuCanto & Fleck, bringing more than a decade of human resources experience in the legal industry. She oversees the firm’s human resources functions and supports attorneys and business professionals throughout the firm.

Karen’s experience spans employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, recruiting and onboarding, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement. She works closely with firm leadership to support employees throughout their careers and to help maintain effective HR policies, processes, and programs.

Before joining Schiller DuCanto & Fleck, Karen spent more than 10 years at an international law firm, advancing from Human Resources Assistant to Human Resources Manager. In that role, she managed a broad range of human resources and operational responsibilities, supporting more than 60 attorneys and employees across 10 offices in the United States and the United Kingdom.
