Client Reviews
- "I am finally done!!! Eric Schulman took me to the finish line! I was impressed by his legal knowledge, strategy and respect for his clients throughout my case. He always came prepared. Every decision we fought for, we won. The whole process felt manageable because Eric took the time to explain the complex processes and work required to get divorced. I would recommend Eric Schulman to anyone getting divorced and looking for a great attorney."
- - Amy E.
- "I can't imagine what the outcome would have been had I stayed with my initial attorney. I just had no hope. When I met Eric I met a very smart caring man who I hoped would do everything he could to represent me in a very difficult divorce. I was never disappointed. Throughout the ordeal I knew Eric and his team were behind me, answered all my questions promptly and never backed down to what was right. There is no one I would rather have in charge. You will never regret hiring Eric and his team."
- - Mary Ellen C.
- "After a failed collaborative process Eric Schulman was recommended to handle the litigation divorce. Divorce is not easy and I explained to Eric and his team the complexities of my case. When emotions ran high he was able to calm the situation and explain options available. The team saw this difficult case through to the end."
- - Sandy C.
- "I highly recommend Eric Schulman and his legal team. He was recommended to me several times during my search for a top divorce attorney. While I did interview several attorneys, I chose Eric because of his excellent reputation and the conversations we had. During my divorce process he was very patient, informative and knowledgeable, and his expertise as a skilled and experienced divorce attorney was apparent. He continually made me feel taken care of legally and always put my mind at ease regarding my concerns and what to expect. He's not only a great attorney but a super nice person to work with."
- - Julie M.
- "I recently finalized a long and painful divorce. Early in the separation process I was utilizing an attorney I had worked with on other smaller legal matters. After only a few months I realized I needed the support of a larger, more expert firm. I had received Eric Schulman's name through a mutual business colleague and reached out. Even in the initial contact I felt an immediate level of comfort and professionalism. I was quick to find out the Eric (and his team including Jacqueline Breisch and Lisa Little) were the right match for my situation. They were very organized and incredibly responsive. They were attentive, transparent with their thoughts on the case and creative in how we built our strategy. I felt like I had a partner throughout the process. I would highly recommend Schiller, DuCanto and Fleck and especially Eric and Jacqueline. Divorces are always difficult, particularly during a pandemic so you need a trusted attorney that provides excellent service."
- - Heather B.
- "As an attorney going through the divorce process, I did my research when it came to choosing my legal representation. I interviewed both large and small firms, ultimately hiring Eric L. Schulman and Jacqueline Stephens Breisch. It was the best decision I could have made. My divorce was contentious, but I had the utmost trust and confidence in Eric and Jacqueline. They always listened to what I hoped to achieve and did everything possible to make it happen. I quickly came to realize that Eric and Jacqueline were not only respected by other attorneys and experts in the field, but judges as well. Eric and Jacqueline advocated aggressively for me and avoided unnecessary expenses, such as discovery, when they could. I admire them both for being so exceptional at their jobs. Choosing the right counsel is critical when you are going through a divorce with its attendant financial and emotional pitfalls. I will always be grateful that I chose Eric and Jacqueline."

- "I highly recommend Eric Schulman. In my selection process, I was very specific about who I was to represent me in front of a judge. Eric surpassed my hope and expectation. Eric is an excellent listener, organized, composed, knowledgeable, dependable, and strategic. Eric is goal oriented and his goals aligned with mine. Eric was superb when it came to calming my emotions, and stayed focused on the issues at hand. Eric never went for the low hanging fruit. Where there was research needed, Eric dug deep. I was proud to have his representation in the courtroom, and he accomplished my goals."
- - Jill B.
- "I was unhappy with the attorney that I initially hired to represent me in my divorce, so I decided to switch gears mid‑stream. On the advice of another local attorney, I began working with Eric Schulman and his team. This turned out to be a very worthwhile decision as their professionalism and competence was second to none. The process of going through a divorce is awful.... hiring a good team of attorneys is the one thing that made it even a bit more bearable. Thank you, Eric and Kim!"
