An attorney by training, Doug shifted his focus a few years after graduation to talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational planning. Doug is known for building high-performing teams, optimizing systems and processes, and promoting an inclusive workplace culture. Most recently, Doug was the Office Administrator and Director of Resource Administration at Barnes & Thornburg. He earned his BA and JD from the University of Wisconsin.
